RN New Grad Program

Opportunities for Graduating Register Nurses

Training=Knowledge=Advancement

Our New Graduate program consists of approximately two weeks or classroom instruction and training and approximately four weeks of clinical training with a preceptorship.  Upon completion of our program, you will be placed in one of the following departments:
  • Medical/Surgical
  • Orthopedics
  • Neuroscience
  • Oncology
  • Telemetry Stepdown

New grads who go into Telemetry Stepdown will have an extra week of classroom focusing on cardiac, telemetry, and review of IV medication drips.

New grads may also be considered for critical care, emergency room and operating room positions based on previous studies and experience.  A separate course also will be given for these areas.
