1974 as a hospital corpsman in Bethesda, Maryland. After retiring from the United States Air Force, receiving two meritorious
service medals, Ed held leadership positions in a dialysis center and a level one trauma center before being recruited to Redding, CA.
Bob Davis
Chief Operating Officer
Robert S. Davis III, who was born in St. Louis, Missouri, became the Chief Operating Officer of
Shasta Regional Medical Center in early 2005, continuing his 36 year career in healthcare management.
Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1975 from Maryville University in St. Louis and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 1977 from St. Louis University.
He began his career at Normandy Hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri in 1972 and has held various administrative titles throughout his career working in six different hospitals in different locales throughout the United States. During that time he has risen through the ranks and has held titles of President, Administrator, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer. Davis is presently a Diplomate with the American College of Healthcare Executives and has been President of two state hospital associations and a healthcare credit union. He is also a veteran serving in the United States Air Force from 1968 through 1972 and received the Meritorious Service Medal during his tenure.
Davis is an active member of the community. He serves on the Board of the American Diabetes Association and the Edinburg Kiwanis. Davis has been actively involved with Kiwanis for over 25 years. He was named Kiwanian of the Year by the Edinburg club in 2004. Davis was also recognized with the prestigious “Star of Excellence Award” in 2004 and “Board Member of the Year”, 2004-2005 for Hildago County, Texas from the American Diabetes Association.

Sandra brings over 25 years of experience in the Human Resource field. Her experience in the Medical field encompasses Hospitals, EMS and Medical Clinics. She has many years of experience in Employment and Labor Relations. She earned her BA in Communication, MBA and MS in Management at Marylhurst University in Oregon.
